Redrawn support

Redrawn is a drawing game from Nice One Labs Ltd: draw a flag, a border, a logo or an emoji from memory, and find out how close you got.

Something not working?

Email hello@redrawn.ink with the app version (printed at the foot of Settings), your iPhone model and what happened.

Purchases

Bought a pack, Redrawn+ or Lifetime and it is still locked? Open Settings from the gear on the cover and tap Restore purchases. Restoring is free and uses the Apple ID you bought with. To cancel Redrawn+, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Your data

Your drawings stay on your phone unless you share one. Anonymous crash reports, anonymous usage data including your scores, purchase records and advertising data are the only things that leave it. You can turn usage data off in Settings. The privacy policy has the detail.

A logo you own

If you hold the rights to a mark that appears in the Logos album and would like it removed, email hello@redrawn.ink. We remove targets on request and ship the change in the next update.
