Redrawn support

Redrawn is a drawing game from Nice One Labs Ltd: draw a flag, a border, a logo or an emoji from memory, and find out how close you got.

Something not working?

Email hello@redrawn.ink with the app version (Settings, under About), your iPhone model and what happened. We reply within two working days.

Purchases

Bought a pack and it is still locked? Open Settings from the gear on the cover and tap "already unlocked? restore purchases", or tap Restore on the pack's own page. Restoring is free and needs the Apple ID the pack was bought with.

Refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Your data

Your drawings and scores never leave your phone. The privacy policy explains the one exception, purchases.

A logo you own

If you hold the rights to a mark that appears in the Logos album and would like it removed, email hello@redrawn.ink. We remove targets on request and ship the change in the next update.
