Redrawn privacy policy

Redrawn is made by Nice One Labs Ltd. This page explains what Redrawn does with your data. The short version: your drawings and scores stay on your phone, and the only thing that leaves it is what is needed to process a purchase.
What stays on your device
Your sketches, your scores, your best attempts, your settings and the name you write in the book are stored on your device only. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
What is collected
Redrawn has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or location. It uses no analytics or advertising software.
When you buy a pack, or restore a purchase, Redrawn uses RevenueCat to check the purchase with Apple and to remember that you own it. RevenueCat receives:
- an anonymous identifier RevenueCat itself generates for your install (not your name, Apple ID or email);
- your purchase history for Redrawn: which products were bought, when, and the Apple transaction identifiers needed to validate them;
- basic technical information that RevenueCat's software sends, such as your device type and iOS version.
This data is used to unlock what you bought, to restore it when you reinstall, and to show us sales figures in RevenueCat's dashboard. It is not used to track you across other apps or websites and it is not sold.
RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy and terms, and stores it on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. Apple processes the payment itself under Apple's privacy policy; we never see your payment details.
How long it is kept
Purchase records are kept for as long as Redrawn is on the App Store, so that a purchase can be restored. You can ask us to delete the RevenueCat record for your install at any time (see below); doing so means the purchase can no longer be restored through Redrawn, though Apple's own record of the transaction is unaffected.
Sharing a score
When you share a score, Redrawn hands a short line of text to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose an app to share it with, and your drawing is not included.
Children
Redrawn is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us what data RevenueCat holds for your install, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@redrawn.ink. Because the identifier is anonymous, we will ask for the date, amount and Apple order ID of a purchase, from your Apple receipt email, so that we can find the record. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
